Pioneering Performance
This week during Black History Month, 黑料门大事记鈥檚 Lyceum Series presented 鈥淐ross that River,鈥 the country rock-inspired musical story honoring America鈥檚 first Black cowboys. A large Bettersworth Auditorium audience watched and listened to the story of Blue, a courageous runaway slave who finds refuge and fresh aspirations in Texas, becoming one of the nation's pioneering Black cowboys. Another Lyceum performance this month is Hiplet Ballerinas, who appeared on the TV show 鈥淎merican鈥檚 Got Talent,鈥 on Feb. 29, 7 p.m., in Bettersworth Auditorium. For more details, visit听
